- The package is designed for 3-bedroom townhouses and villas within Whitehats' service areas.
- Installation is subject to site feasibility at the specified location.
2. Installation:
- Professional installation is mandatory and included with the package.
- Installation will be scheduled upon purchase confirmation.
3. Warranty:
- All hardware components are covered under standard manufacturer warranty where applicable.
- Warranty excludes physical damage, tampering, or misuse.
4. Refunds and Returns:
- Hardware that remains unopened is eligible for refunds per Whitehats' refund policy.
- Installed products and services are non-refundable.
5. Customer Responsibilities:
- Customers must ensure access to their premises for installation at the scheduled time.
- Any rescheduling must be notified at least 24 hours prior.
6. Support and Maintenance:
- Whitehats provides free post-installation support for the first 15 days.
- Any additional maintenance or adjustments are subject to extra charges.
7. Exclusions:
- The package does not include internet service; customers must have an active subscription with Etisalat or DU.
- Additional cabling, hardware, or custom modifications beyond the package scope will incur extra charges.
8. Liability:

9. Installation Date and Time
- All installation and delivery services are carried out during our standard operating hours, Monday to Friday, from 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM (UAE Time), excluding UAE public holidays.
10. Availability of Products
- All packages and products mentioned on the website are available subject to stock. If an item is out of stock, an alternative product will be offered with prior customer approval.
