The proposed packages on our website apply to certain areas of Dubai only (not all areas of Dubai). The areas that are not covered or excluded from the packages include Dubai Investment Park (DIP), Palm Jumeirah, Al Barari, and Rimraam Dubai). For visits to all these areas additional fee of AED 150 will be charged separately for the visits on top of the normal fee charged.
All the items including services and products ordered through one transaction will appear as a single charge on the respective customers’ bank statement. Every transaction separately transacted will appear as an individual item on customers’ bank statements. However, the delivery of all the items cannot be guaranteed at one particular time as all parts may not be available. Therefore, there may be times when some parts / services are delivered at one time and others delivered when the remaining parts have been made available.
All service and installation visits ordered within Dubai will be delivered within one week.
You will receive an Order Acknowledgement within 24 hours from a concerned Support Rep / Customer Service Rep (minimum one working day).
Once the order has been acknowledged by the Service Rep to you, the Rep will decide and schedule a service delivery visit as per time available and your availability.
The status of the order can also be tracked. The order may have two statuses.

As soon as you have placed an order, you will get the acknowledgement within 24 hours.
Shipping Process & Time Duration
The shipping process usually takes 7 working days depending upon the availability of the items ordered.
Condition of Products Received
