What Are The Terms Of The Payment?

For all services, installations, and products the customer needs to pay in advance.

What Areas Are Covered By The Support Packages?

The support package that you have subscribed to only covers certain areas of Dubai. It does not cover all areas of Dubai. The areas that are excluded from this package are Dubai Investment Park (DIP), Palm Jumeirah, Al Barari, and Rimraam Dubai. If you want a service in areas excluded, you need to pay AED 150 extra fee on top of the normal charges.

Is This Service For Home Users Only?

Yes, the website http://www.whitehatssupport.com and all the service / installation / products / packages included on it are only meant for the home users. In case you need IT support services for business, you need to get in touch with us via our business IT support service website http://www.whitehatsme.com.

What Things / Items Are Excluded (Items / Services Not Included In Package)?

The service support package selected by you does not include work related to Civil or Electric Work. Our service support packages do not include Software Licenses required by the customer. The software licenses need to be provided by the customer. The customer will also have to provide Channels for cabling.

Do These Service Packages Cover Other Emirates?

The service packages on Whitehats Support website do not cover other Emirates like Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah and any other areas. To get IT support in other Emirates get in touch with us on our office number +971 43382500.

Do Any Additional Charges Apply?

One service package covers one visit only. For all additional visits, you need to pay separately for each visit. Any hardware or software licenses required will be charged separately. Any hardware problems detected during the visit will be charged separately.
