Delivery Policy

The proposed packages on our website apply to certain areas of Dubai only (not all areas of Dubai). The areas that are not covered or excluded from the packages include Dubai Investment Park (DIP), Palm Jumeirah, Al Barari, and Rimraam Dubai). For visits to all these areas additional fee of AED 150 will be charged separately for the visits on top of the normal fee charged.

Multiple Shipments

All the items including services and products ordered through one transaction will appear as a single charge on the respective customers’ bank statement. Every transaction separately transacted will appear as an individual item on customers’ bank statements. However, the delivery of all the items cannot be guaranteed at one particular time as all parts may not be available. Therefore, some parts or services may be delivered at one time, and the remainder will be delivered once the necessary components are available.

All service and installation visits ordered within Dubai will be completed within one week.

You will receive an Order Acknowledgement within 24 hours from a concerned Support Rep / Customer Service Rep (minimum one working day).

Once your order is acknowledged, the Service Representative will contact you to schedule a service delivery visit based on mutual availability.

The status of the order can also be tracked. The order may have two statuses.

  1. Order in process.
  2. Order Delivered.

Order Placement Acknowledgement

As soon as you have placed an order, you will get the acknowledgement within 24 hours.

Shipping Process & Time Duration

The shipping process usually takes 7 working days depending upon the availability of the items ordered.

Condition of Products Received
